b. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the delivery address within New Jersey.

c. Orders are processed within 5 - 10 business days, and shipping times may vary based on the destination within New Jersey.

a. We utilize a reputable local courier service for shipping within New Jersey.

b. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Areas:

a. Our shipping service covers all regions within New Jersey. We only ship cookies, yule logs, love cakes, and fruit cakes. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill orders outside of this geographic area.

4. Refund and Return Policy:

a. Refunds will be issued for damaged or defective products upon receipt of clear photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

b. Refunds are not applicable for orders that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or any other issues beyond our control.

c. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and must be made within 48 hours of order placement. Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued minus any processing fees.

5. Packaging:

a. We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

b. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there are any signs of damage, contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

a. Specialty Cakes & Cookies operates in compliance with N.J.A.C 8-24-11, preparing food in a home kitchen registered with CFO#1298. Please be aware that our home kitchen has not undergone inspection by the Department of Health.
